A builder’s eye. A family standard.

Eric Bervid began building in the 1980s while studying architecture, learning on site and absorbing his father John’s standards of craftsmanship.

Today, as a second-generation Tahoe contractor, he brings local building knowledge and longstanding relationships with artisans, tradespeople, and suppliers to every project.
